While I am based on the beautiful island of Tobago in the Caribbean, you can access support from anywhere once you have an internet connection. I currently work remotely and only offer online therapy via video chat.
Please note that I am not a crisis service and if you feel that you need more urgent help, please contact your GP, local Health Authority/Mental Health Services or visit your nearest A&E (see Useful Links).
